Su<lb ed="#L" n="66" break="no"/>perius determinauit magister de poenitentia
ge<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>neraliter, hic determinat de poenitentiae
parti<lb ed="#L" n="68" break="no"/>bus. Et diuiditur in duas, primo distinguit
poeni<lb ed="#L" n="69" break="no"/>tentiae partes. Secundo mouet quasdam
quaestio<lb ed="#L" n="70" break="no"/>nes circa comparationem ipsarum partium poenitentiae
inui<lb ed="#L" n="71" break="no"/>cem. Secunda ibi, distinctione 17. Hic oritur quaestio triplex,

<lb ed="#L" n="91"/>veram poenitentiam requiritur compunctio cordis, confessio oris,
<lb ed="#L" n="92"/>& satisfactio operis: sicut Deum offendimus corde, ore, &
ope<lb ed="#L" n="93" break="no"/>re. Et addit quod tres sunt mortes peccati. s.oris & operis & ma
<lb ed="#L" n="94"/>lae consuetudinis, quae signantur per tres mortuos a Christo
su<lb ed="#L" n="95" break="no"/>scitatos, vnum suscitauit in domo, per quam figuratur peccati
<lb ed="#L" n="96"/>cordis, alium extra portam per quam figuratur peccatum oris vel
<lb ed="#L" n="97"/>operis. Tertium iam quatriduanum foetentem, per quam
figura<lb ed="#L" n="98" break="no"/>tur peccatum consuetudinis. Postea has tres enumeratas
decla<lb ed="#L" n="99" break="no"/>rat sic in litera. Et primo quantum ad compunctionem cordis vt
<lb ed="#L" n="100"/>considerantur peccati circunstantia & damna quae per
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="101" break="no"/>tum incurruntur, sicut patet ex dictis Aug. & plenius habetur
<lb ed="#L" n="102"/>in litera. Postea quantum ad confessionem oris dicit quod
confes<lb ed="#L" n="103" break="no"/>sio non debet diuidi. Et de hoc plus dicetur in distinctione
se<lb ed="#L" n="104" break="no"/>quenti. Deinde dat modum vere poenitendi quantum ad
satis<lb ed="#L" n="105" break="no"/>factionem: quia vere poenitens qui vult facere fructus dignos
<lb ed="#L" n="106"/>poenitentiae debet se restringere a ludis, & spectaculis seculi quae
<lb ed="#L" n="107"/>impediunt quandoque veram poenitentiam, & debet satisfacer
<lb ed="#L" n="108"/>secundum qualitatem & quantitatem culpae. Et postea ostendis
<lb ed="#L" n="109"/>quae sit falsa poenitentia. Et dicit quod existens in statu, vel off
<lb ed="#L" n="110"/>cio vel negotio quae non possunt exerceri sine peccato non potes
<lb ed="#L" n="111"/>vere poenitere nisi praedicta dimittat. Postea distinguit triplicen
<lb ed="#L" n="112"/>poenitentiam illam . s. quae agitur ante baptismum, quia adultus
<lb ed="#L" n="113"/>cum baptizatur non potest nouam vitam inchoare nisi
poeni<lb ed="#L" n="114" break="no"/>tuerit eum veteris virae. Alia est poenitentia post baptismum. Et
<lb ed="#L" n="115"/>haec est duplex vna est quae agitur pro peccatis mortalibus, alia
<lb ed="#L" n="116"/>est quae agitur pro peccatis venialibus, quae non sunt omnino
<lb ed="#L" n="117"/>negligenda, quia & si leuia videantur, multiplicata tamen
gra<lb ed="#L" n="118" break="no"/>uant & opprimunt, sicut aqua paulatim intrans submergit
na<lb ed="#L" n="119" break="no"/>uem. Vltimo dicit quod pro venialibus delendis sufficit oratio
