<lb ed="#L" n="121"/>VMQVS multis auctoritatibus. Superius
deter<lb ed="#L" n="122" break="no"/>minauit magister de tempore poenitentiae: hic ve
<lb ed="#L" n="123"/>ro determinat quaedam quae pertinent ad effectum
<lb ed="#L" n="124"/>ipsius, qui est remissio peccatorum. Et diuiditur in
<lb ed="#L" n="125"/>Apartes duas. Primo quaerit vtrum remissio
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="126" break="no"/>torum sit irreuocabilis, an quandoque peccata redeant.
Secun<lb ed="#L" n="127" break="no"/>do, quia in quolibet sacramento effectus est res ipsius, ideo

<lb ed="#L" n="151"/>sed ingratus fuerit. Aliorum vero opinio est, quod peccata dimissa
<lb ed="#L" n="152"/>iterum non redeant nisi quantum ad ingratitudinem: propter enin
<lb ed="#L" n="153"/>ingratitudinem peccator constituitur, sicut ante fuerat, ac s
<lb ed="#L" n="154"/>peccata pristina redirent. Postea ab huius quaestionis determi
<lb ed="#L" n="155"/>natione se excusat relinquens iudicium eius studio solertiori, ei
<lb ed="#L" n="156"/>quod vtraque opinio doctores fauentes habeat. Postea quaeri
<lb ed="#L" n="157"/>cum sacramentum sit sacrae rei signum, quid in sacramento
poe<lb ed="#L" n="158" break="no"/>nitentiae sit lacramentum. & quid res. Postea soluit opinionem d

<lb ed="#L" n="160"/>autem rem: contra quam statim opponit, quod sacramenta

<lb ed="#L" n="2"/>est de illis sacramentis quae in noua lege instituta sunt:
poeni<lb ed="#L" n="3" break="no"/>tentia autem est talis, quia etiam in primis parentibus fuit
in<lb ed="#L" n="4" break="no"/>stituta, sicut & matrimonium. Obucit etiam alio modo quod
<lb ed="#L" n="5"/>sacramentum debet praecedere rem, poenitentia autem
exte<lb ed="#L" n="6" break="no"/>rior non praecedit interiorem, sed econuerso. Et respondet c
<lb ed="#L" n="7"/>in aliis saepe res praecedit sacramentum sicut econuerso, ficui
<lb ed="#L" n="8"/>in adultis contritis: igitur ante baptismum confertur. Vitim?
<lb ed="#L" n="9"/>soluit secundum aliorum opinionem qui dicunt tam exterioren
<lb ed="#L" n="10"/>quam interiorem poenitentiam vnum esse sacramentum, sicu
<lb ed="#L" n="11"/>species panis & vini non sunt duo sacramenta, sed vnum:
exte<lb ed="#L" n="12" break="no"/>rior autem poenitentia est tantum sacramentum, interior est
<lb ed="#L" n="13"/>res & sacramentum. Remissio vero peccatorum est rantum res,
<lb ed="#L" n="14"/>& sic sunt tria in hoc sacramento, sicut in praemissis
