<lb ed="#L" n="22"/>EC SOLVM coactio. Superius determinaui
<lb ed="#L" n="23"/>magister de impedimento coactionis: hic veri
<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>determinat delimpedimento erroris. Et cum

fi<lb ed="#L" n="26" break="no"/>nali matrimonij, & diuiditur in tres. Primo

<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>impedit matrimonium. Secundo obiicit in contrarium, & soluit
<lb ed="#L" n="33"/>Secunda ibi, sed obiicitur de Iacob. Secunda pars principalis in
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>qua determinat de matrimonio beatae Mariae Virginis,
diuidi<lb ed="#L" n="35" break="no"/>tur in duas. Primo ostendit cuiusmodi consensus fuit. Secundo
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>ostendit quod illud matrimonium fuit perfectum ibi, inter quo

<lb ed="#L" n="47"/>si quis petat hanc mulierem scilicet nobilem in matrimonium &
<lb ed="#L" n="48"/>detur ei ignobilis, & etiam si aliquis emat aurum, & detur ipsi
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>aurichalcu non est venditio, sed deceptio. Et error personae,
quam<lb ed="#L" n="50" break="no"/>do putatur hic esse homo & est alius. Error autem conditioni
<lb ed="#L" n="51"/>est quando liber creditur, & seruus est. Error fortunae est
quan<lb ed="#L" n="52" break="no"/>do aliquis putatur esse diues qui pauper est, vel econuerso. Erro
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>qualitatis quando putatur esse pulcher & est turpis, bonus & est
<lb ed="#L" n="54"/>malus. Postea obiicit in contrarium de Iacob qui accessit per
er<lb ed="#L" n="55" break="no"/>rorem ad Liam: & respondet quod hoc factum est mystice, nec
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>fuit natrimonium illud per errorem illum, sed per consensum
<lb ed="#L" n="57"/>qui postmodum accessit. Excusatur tamen Iacob de
fornicatio<lb ed="#L" n="58" break="no"/>ne, quia ad eam accessit vxorem suam credens esse: & sic
mari<lb ed="#L" n="59" break="no"/>tali affectu eam cognouit, & ita vxori debitum reddidit vel pe
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>soluit: sicut excusaretur accedens ad sororem vxoris, quam in
l<lb ed="#L" n="61" break="no"/>cto inueniens nesciret. Et sicut excusatur angelum veneras
ma<lb ed="#L" n="62" break="no"/>lum credens bonum esse, & similiter consentiens opinioni illius
<lb ed="#L" n="63"/>quem credidit Augustinus vel Ambrosius, etiam dicit quod non
<lb ed="#L" n="64"/>peccaret. Postea quaerit in quo consenserit beata virgo?
propo<lb ed="#L" n="65" break="no"/>suerat enim se seruaturam virginitatem nisi ei Deus aliter reue

virgini<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>tatem diuinae dispositioni consensit in copulam maritalem sine
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>in societatem coniugalem ex familiari consilio spiritussancti: &
<lb ed="#L" n="69"/>secundum Aug. implicit e consensit in carnalem copulam
commit<lb ed="#L" n="70" break="no"/>tendo se diuinae dispositioni in vtraque scilicet virginitate &
commisti<lb ed="#L" n="71" break="no"/>ne. Postea simul cum viro labiis expressit votu, & vterque in
vir<lb ed="#L" n="72" break="no"/>ginitate permansit. Postea dicitur quod illud coniugium perfectum
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>fuit sanctitate, licet non significatione, quia coniugium quod est
<lb ed="#L" n="74"/>sine copula carnali, quamuis sit perfectum quantum ad
verita<lb ed="#L" n="75" break="no"/>tem, vel sanctitatem coniugij, non tamen secundum
significatio<lb ed="#L" n="76" break="no"/>nem, quia non ita perfecte significat coniunctionem Christi &
<lb ed="#L" n="77"/>ecclesiae, sicut coniugium per carnalem copulam consummatum
<lb ed="#L" n="78"/>& quod illud coniugium perfectum fuerit ostendit per tria

sacra<lb ed="#L" n="80" break="no"/>mentum. Proles enim Christus fuit ibi, fides quia adulterium nul

<lb ed="#L" n="82"/>matrimonij prima & principalis causa fuit liberorum procrea

<lb ed="#L" n="84"/>nus honestae, vt pulchritudo viri & mulieris, quaestus pecunia
<lb ed="#L" n="85"/>& diuitiarum possessio, & alia huiusmodi. Postea remouet

<lb ed="#L" n="87"/>causam matrimonium non contrahitur, sed quod propter
huius<lb ed="#L" n="88" break="no"/>modi causas non impediatur quin sit matrimonium probat: qui
<lb ed="#L" n="89"/>malitia vel peruersa intentio alicuius non commaculat
sacrame<lb ed="#L" n="90" break="no"/>tum, nec eius bonitatem tollit, nec impedit. Vltimo dibit o in ma
<lb ed="#L" n="91"/>trimonio virginis beatae & Ioseph sunt quaedam aliae causae
spe<lb ed="#L" n="92" break="no"/>ciales. Prima fuit, vt virgo eius solatio, & auxilio sustentaretur.
