suffi<lb ed="#L" n="64" break="no"/>cienter excusent actum coniugalem, ita vt nullo

<lb ed="#L" n="66"/>verecundia non est nisi de turpi secundum

<lb ed="#L" n="91"/>est bona, cuius vsus per se non est bonus, sed vsus per se ma

<lb ed="#L" n="93"/>dictarum causarum, ergo si iste vsus nunquam est bonus,
ma<lb ed="#L" n="94" break="no"/>trimonium nunquam erit bonum, hoc autem falsum est, ergo
<lb ed="#L" n="95"/>&c. Secundo sic: omne peccatum est deuiatio ab aliqua lege
re<lb ed="#L" n="96" break="no"/>cte posita raturali, humana vel diuina, sed quod coniuges
con<lb ed="#L" n="97" break="no"/>ueniant propter alteram dictarum causarum non est contra
le<lb ed="#L" n="98" break="no"/>gem naturalem humanam, aut diuinam, sed potius omnis lex
<lb ed="#L" n="99"/>recte posita hoc approbat, ergo nullo modo est peccatum: hoc
<lb ed="#L" n="100"/>autem est intelligendum quando in actu matrimonij non est alius
<lb ed="#L" n="101"/>abusus, siue quo ad tempus, siue quo ad modum, quia defectus
<lb ed="#L" n="102"/>in quocunque istorum poneret in actu matrimonij rationem
<lb ed="#L" n="103"/>peccati, quum bonum sit ex tota causa, malum autem ex
parti<lb ed="#L" n="104" break="no"/>cularibus defectibus.

<lb ed="#L" n="105"/>AD PRIMVM argumentum dicendum est quod vere
<lb ed="#L" n="106"/>cundia non solum est de turpitudine pertinente ad culpam, sed
<lb ed="#L" n="107"/>de ea quae habet speciem culpae, & talis est actus matrimonij,
<lb ed="#L" n="108"/>eo quod est eiusdem naturae in specie cum actu fornicationis,
<lb ed="#L" n="109"/>erubescentia autem non solum est de talibus, sed de omnibus
<lb ed="#L" n="110"/>defectibus etiam naturalibus.
