<lb ed="#V" n="21"/>tantam esse: quod non sperat vnquam se ita digne posse penitere

¶ Sed contra hoc arguo: finis est principium obiectum voluntatis:

<lb ed="#V" n="32"/>Unde ponitur ibi abstractum pro concreto ad maiorem
expressio<lb ed="#V" n="33" break="no"/>nem magnitudinis illius mali: quod eligit peccans in spiritum
<lb ed="#V" n="34"/>sanctum: quod tamen non eligit: nisi sub aliquali ratione boni.
Tan<lb ed="#V" n="35" break="no"/>ta labes est illius peccati: vt deprecandi humilitatem subire non
<lb ed="#V" n="36"/>possit. Supple nisi cum difficultate magna valde: et cum
<lb ed="#V" n="37"/>speciali: et quasi priuilegiato adiutorio spiritus sancti. Dum in

<lb ed="#V" n="40"/>quod iudicare peccatum dupliciter potest intelligi. Uno modo pro
iudi<lb ed="#V" n="41" break="no"/>care peccatum: nunquam esse remittendum: et sic intelligitur verbum
<lb ed="#V" n="42"/>propositum: sic enim nullius debemus iudicare peccatum: dum est
<lb ed="#V" n="43"/>in hac vita peccator. Alio modo pro iudicare dictum: vel
fa<lb ed="#V" n="44" break="no"/>ctum: esse peccatum: et si est tale dictum: vel factum: quod possit bene:
<lb ed="#V" n="45"/>vel male fieri debemus interpretari in partem meliorem: sed
<lb ed="#V" n="46"/>manifesta que non possunt bono animo fieri: possumus
iudi<lb ed="#V" n="47" break="no"/>care peccata. Unde extra de regu. iuris: Ea facta que dubium
<lb ed="#V" n="48"/>est quo animo fiant in meliorem partem interpretemur. Quod enim
<lb ed="#V" n="49"/>scriptum est ex fructibus eorum cognoscentis eos de manifestis
<lb ed="#V" n="50"/>dictum est: que non possunt bono animo fieri: vt stuprum:
blas<lb ed="#V" n="51" break="no"/>phemia: furta: ebrietates: et similia: de quibus nobis
permit<lb ed="#V" n="52" break="no"/>titur iudicare: non omnis qui non penitet impenitens dici potest:
<lb ed="#V" n="53"/>quod est intelligendum secundum quod in poenitentia accipitur pro proposito non
<lb ed="#V" n="54"/>penitendi: secundum enim quod accipitur pro priuatione actus penitendi:
<lb ed="#V" n="55"/>omnis qui non penitet impenitens dici potest: peccatum in patrem idem
<lb ed="#V" n="56"/>intelligitur quod fit per infirmitatem.
