<lb ed="#V" n="29"/>potestas bonorum.

<lb ed="#V" n="30"/>Respondeo quod in potestate praesidendi contingit
<lb ed="#V" n="31"/>considerare et essentiam potestatis:
<lb ed="#V" n="32"/>et modum acquerendi: et modum vtendi. Essentia potesta
<lb ed="#V" n="33"/>tis est quidam ordo superioris ad inferiorem qui semper
bo<lb ed="#V" n="34" break="no"/>nus est et a deo est. Talem enim ordinem deus instituit: ad
lau<lb ed="#V" n="35" break="no"/>dem bonorum. Unde Rom. 13 vis non timere potestatem
bo<lb ed="#V" n="36" break="no"/>num fac: et habebis laudem ex illa: et ad vindictam
malefa<lb ed="#V" n="37" break="no"/>ctorum: vnde in eodem capitulo dicitur de principe: quia dei minister est
<lb ed="#V" n="38"/>vindex in iram ei qui malum facit: modus autem acquerendi
<lb ed="#V" n="39"/>potestatem: si iustus est a deo est: si inniustus a deo non est
<lb ed="#V" n="40"/>nisi permissiue: similiter si vsus bonus est a deo est: et si malus
<lb ed="#V" n="41"/>est a deo non est nisi permissiue.

<lb ed="#V" n="48"/>ita quod eadem potestas per comparationem ad hominem

col<lb ed="#V" n="50" break="no"/>lata est: non est enim in conueniens idem esse vsurpatum: et iuste
