<lb ed="#V" n="9"/>est matrimonium. In ipsa autem actione duo sunt scilicet essentia actio
<lb ed="#V" n="10"/>nis: et deformitas eius. essentiala deo est. deformitas autem non
<lb ed="#V" n="11"/>et quia ex illa actione sub ratione qua essentia est: non sub ratione
<lb ed="#V" n="12"/>qua deformis causatur matrimonii vinculum: quia sicut dicit
<lb ed="#V" n="13"/>Dionysius. 4. c. de di. no. longe vltra medium. Malum non
<lb ed="#V" n="14"/>operatur nisi in virtute boni: ideo matrimoniale vinculum ex
