<lb ed="#V" n="34"/>ab vno eo quod cognationes spirituales matrimonia

plu<lb ed="#V" n="36" break="no"/>res ad suscipiendum de baptismo insantem accedant
quam<lb ed="#V" n="37" break="no"/>vnus siue vir siue mulier. In confirmatione id ipsum fiat:

<lb ed="#V" n="41"/>nec in baptismo debet homo teneri ab illo qui non est
bapti<lb ed="#V" n="42" break="no"/>3atus. de consecr. di. 4. in baptismate: si tamen contrarium fiat
<lb ed="#V" n="43"/>quamuis fieri non debeat casu necessitatis excempto:
nihil<lb ed="#V" n="44" break="no"/>ominus ille qui baptizatur vel confirmatur vere suscipit
sa<lb ed="#V" n="45" break="no"/>cramentum. Non debet etiam teneri a monacho: nisi sit
<lb ed="#V" n="46"/>monachus. Unde de consecr. di. 4. Non licet. Non licet ab
<lb ed="#V" n="47"/>bati vel monacho de baptismo suscipere filios: nec
comma<lb ed="#V" n="48" break="no"/>tres habere: per sacramentum autem confirmationis contrahitur
<lb ed="#V" n="49"/>spiritualis cognatio. 30. q. 4. Si qus vnus: et tamen predicta ad
<lb ed="#V" n="50"/>sacramenti necessitatem non referuntur: potest autem
tene<lb ed="#V" n="51" break="no"/>ri vir a muliere: et econuerso: quamuis magis deceat
