<lb ed="#Q"/><quote>pars aeternitatis</quote> eo quod integretur aeternitas
<lb ed="#Q"/>ex tempore sicut sua parte, sed istud dicitur ra<lb ed="#Q"/>tione
durationis aeternitatis excedentis tempus.
<lb ed="#Q"/>Pars enim et totum dupliciter comparantur: uno
<lb ed="#Q"/>modo est comparatio substantialis, quia totum
<lb ed="#Q"/>componitur ex partibus: et hoc modo non<!--f--> est
<lb ed="#Q"/>tempus pars aeternitatis; alio modo est compa<lb ed="#Q"/>ratio
habitudinalis, secundum quod excedit omne

tempus <quote>pars aeternitatis</quote>, quia exceditur

<lb ed="#Q"/><title>Proslogion</title><!--3-->, assignans tres rationes quare per<lb ed="#Q"/>petua
non possunt aequari aeternitati etiam ex
<lb ed="#Q"/>parte post. Quarum prima est, quia <quote>perpetua
<lb ed="#Q"/>sine Deo nullatenus<!--h--> esse possunt; Deus autem
<lb ed="#Q"/>nullo modo minus est si illa redeant in nihilum:
<lb ed="#Q"/>et sic quodam modo est ultra illa</quote>. — Secunda
<lb ed="#Q"/>ratio est, quia <quote>illa possunt cogitari habere fi<lb ed="#Q"/>nem,
Deus vero nequaquam: et hoc modo perpetua
<lb ed="#Q"/>habent finem quodam modo, Deus autem nullo

<lb ed="#Q"/>modo; et certe quod nullo modo habet finem, ultra

<lb ed="#Q"/>sua aeternitate quod venturum est, sicut iam non
<lb ed="#Q"/>habent quod praeteritum est: et sic Deus est
<lb ed="#Q"/>ultra perpetua, cum semper ipsis et sibi sit prae<lb ed="#Q"/>sens,
seu cum illud semper sit ei praesens ad
