dico actum inordinatum et deformem:

<lb ed="#Q"/>actus, sed non in quantum inordinatus<!--p--> vel defor<lb ed="#Q"/>mis
— obicitur: verum est istum actum esse
<lb ed="#Q"/>deformem vel inordinatum; ergo verum est de<lb ed="#Q"/>formationem
vel inordinationem esse in hoc actu;
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritas ergo, qua istud est verum, aut est a prima
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritate aut non. Si sic: ergo a prima veritate
<lb ed="#Q"/>est deformatio et inordinatio in hoc actu; quod
<lb ed="#Q"/>est falsum. Si non: hoc verum non est verum a
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritate prima.

<quote>Deus facit in omnibus voluntatibus et operatio<lb ed="#Q"/>nibus
bonis quod essentialiter sunt et quod bona
<lb ed="#Q"/>sunt; in malis vero non quod mala sunt, sed tan<lb ed="#Q"/>tum
quod per essentiam sunt</quote>. Ita per hunc
<lb ed="#Q"/>modum dicendum quod in malis facit quod per
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritatem sunt, non quod mala sunt, quia hoc per
<lb ed="#Q"/>detectum veritatis sunt. Dicendum ergo quod sicut
<lb ed="#Q"/>a prima essentia est omne quod est in quantum
<lb ed="#Q"/>est, et a prima bonitate<!--q--> omne quod bonum est

<lb ed="#Q"/>mutatio praedicamenti est, cum arguitur a veritate
<lb ed="#Q"/>dicti ad veritatem rei; et ideo cum dicitur <mentioned>istum
<lb ed="#Q"/>fornicari<!--a--> vel quod iste fornicetur, est verum</mentioned>,
<lb ed="#Q"/>copulatur veritas dicti, non veritas rei. Sequitur
<lb ed="#Q"/>ergo: <mentioned>istum fornicari est verum veritate prima</mentioned>,
<lb ed="#Q"/>quia hoc dictum vel haec propositio est vera<!--b-->

<lb ed="#Q"/>malo non dicitur <mentioned>esse</mentioned> simpliciter, sed secundum
<lb ed="#Q"/>quid, scilicet ratione subsistentis boni, non ratione
<lb ed="#Q"/>defectus a quo nominatur malum: ita dicitur ha<lb ed="#Q"/>bere
veritatem<!--e--> in re secundum quid, sed non
<lb ed="#Q"/>simpliciter. Cum ergo dicitur fornicatio habere
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritatem in re, secundum quid dicitur. Nam for<lb ed="#Q"/>nicatio
dicit deformitatem actus talis, scilicet coire:

<lb ed="#Q"/>ratione actus subsistentis deformitas habet esse
<lb ed="#Q"/>in re et veritatem; ratione defectus vel carentiae
<lb ed="#Q"/>formalitatis vel ordinis dicit defectum ab esse et
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritate. Tamen veritas fornicationis, dicta de malo
<lb ed="#Q"/>vel fornicatione, habet veritatem et esse simpli<lb ed="#Q"/>citer,
quia consistit in adaequatione dictionis ad
<lb ed="#Q"/>rem quae simpliciter est, quamvis res non sim<lb ed="#Q"/>pliciter
habeat esse. Non ergo sequitur, quamvis
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritas enuntiationis causetur a veritate rei: <mentioned>si
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritas rei non est a veritate prima, quod nec
<lb ed="#Q"/>veritas dicti</mentioned>, quia veritas huiusmodi secundum
<lb ed="#Q"/>quid est a veritate prima, non simpliciter, tamen
<lb ed="#Q"/>causa est veritatis dicti: non quod sit ipsa veritas
<lb ed="#Q"/>secundum quid, immo est veritas simpliciter, quia
<lb ed="#Q"/>de eo quod est secundum quid contingit enun<lb ed="#Q"/>tiare
verum simpliciter.

vel inordinationem esse in hoc actu</mentioned>,

quod veritas, qua hoc est verum, est
