ex defectu scientiae, et sic est corruptio

dicitur unum per relationem ad illud ad

ad illud quod avertitur per peccatum,

scilicet memoria, intelligentia et voluntas, opor<lb ed="#Q"/>tet

quod sicut in averso fuerunt tria, ita tri<lb ed="#Q"/>plex
poena infligatur; et sicut illud fuit<!--b--> unum se<lb ed="#Q"/>cundum

tres differentias multiplicata. Et hoc modo

nobis inflicta sunt propter peccatum per de<lb ed="#Q"/>fectum
potentiae, sapientiae et bonitatis, scilicet
<lb ed="#Q"/>infirmitas, ignorantia, malitia, et quartum quod
<lb ed="#Q"/>est concupiscentia<!--1-->; et huiusmodi concupiscen<lb ed="#Q"/>tia<!--d-->
non est sumpta a vi concupiscibili, secundum
<lb ed="#Q"/>quod condividitur rationabili et irascibili, sed est
<lb ed="#Q"/>concupiscentia generaliter dicta ad omnem inor<lb ed="#Q"/>dinatam
conversionem ad bonum commutabile,

<lb ed="#Q"/>dicitur in <title>Glossa</title> ad <title>Romanos 1</title> quod ex ipsa

<lb ed="#Q"/>concupiscentiae inflictae non debuit respondere
<lb ed="#Q"/>quartum bonum cum illis tribus. Cum enim haec
<lb ed="#Q"/>quatuor infligantur propter peccatum, dicimus
<lb ed="#Q"/>quod in peccato sunt duo, scilicet aversio ab in<lb ed="#Q"/>commutabili
bono et conversio ad commutabile<!--e-->;
<lb ed="#Q"/>ratione conversionis illius inflicta est concupi<lb ed="#Q"/>scentia,
quia illa solum inclinat ad bona commu<lb ed="#Q"/>tabilia.
Quantum ergo ad conversionem istam non
<lb ed="#Q"/>est deformatio imaginis, per se loquendo, sed
<lb ed="#Q"/>quoad<!--f--> aversionem ab eo bono incommutabili, ad
<lb ed="#Q"/>cuius imaginem fit, est haec<!--g--> deformatio. Quia
<lb ed="#Q"/>ergo imago quantum ad illa tria attenditur, iustum
<lb ed="#Q"/>fuit ut in<!--h--> deformatione quae fiebat per aversio<lb ed="#Q"/>nem,
infligerentur tria secundum defectum illorum
<lb ed="#Q"/>trium in quibus attendebatur imago. Sic ergo patet
<lb ed="#Q"/>quod concupiscentiae nihil debuit respondere in
<lb ed="#Q"/>ordine isto. Unde aut dicemus quod nullum ei
