et refluunt; ergo etc.

<lb ed="#Qb"/>Respondeo: Dicendum quod vivere, dictum<!--l--> de
<lb ed="#Qb"/>corpore, tripliciter accipi potest, scilicet proprie<!--m-->,
<lb ed="#Qb"/>minus proprie et minime proprie. Proprie dicitur
<lb ed="#Qb"/>vivere illud corpus quod unitur animae ipsum
<lb ed="#Qb"/>perficienti, sicut corpus organicum iam actu ab
<lb ed="#Qb"/>anima perfectum. Minus proprie dicitur vivere
<lb ed="#Qb"/>quod, licet non sit unitum animae perficienti,
<lb ed="#Qb"/>coniunctum tamen est corpori habenti animam
<lb ed="#Qb"/>ut perfectionem, et, licet non habeat animam, ha<lb ed="#Qb"/>bet
aliquam vitalem virtutem, per quam ut per
<lb ed="#Qb"/>virtutem alienam, scilicet alicuius contigui vel
<lb ed="#Qb"/>continentis, habet operationes consimiles rei vi<lb ed="#Qb"/>vae,
sicut in praecedentibus dictum est de em<lb ed="#Qb"/>brione<!--6-->
et sicut est de capillis et unguibus. Mi<lb ed="#Qb"/>nime
proprie dicitur vivere quod ex colligatione

unde est in dispositione ad unionem cum

qui deserviunt virtuti vitali et per illam in

repletionis vacuitatis in corpore sive in

et recitat <name ref="#Lombard">Magister</name>, in <title>Sententiis</title><!--3-->,
<lb ed="#Qb"/>non intelligitur de sanguine qui est unus de
<lb ed="#Qb"/>quatuor humoribus, sed sanguis sumitur ibi pro
<lb ed="#Qb"/>carne<!--4-->: unde quandoque dicitur factus de carne<!--5-->,
<lb ed="#Qb"/>quandoque de sanguinibus<!--6-->. Ratio autem quare

B. Virginis, potest esse quod illa portio

Sanctus potentiam contulit generandi B. Vir<lb ed="#Qb"/>gini

verbi huius.

<lb ed="#Qb"/>non nutriuntur vel augmentantur sicut illa quae
<lb ed="#Qb"/>vivunt ex influentia animae perficientis ipsa<!--k-->, sed
<lb ed="#Qb"/>ex influentia animae perficientis<!--l--> illud quod con<lb ed="#Qb"/>tinet
ipsos humores. Unde illa eadem impro<lb ed="#Qb"/>prietate<!--m-->
qua dicuntur vivere, dicuntur nutriri
<lb ed="#Qb"/>et augmentari, prout nutriri et augmentati<!--n--> di<lb ed="#Qb"/>cuntur
opera vegetativae. Hoc dico, quia in ali<lb ed="#Qb"/>quo
vegetare et augmentari non est opus vege<lb ed="#Qb"/>tativae,
