est mortale, radicatur in intentione; quod autem

est secundum duas differentias: vel quando
<lb ed="#Qc"/>intendit id quod est mortale in genere, ut si in<lb ed="#Qc"/>tendit
peccare mortaliter vel adulterari vel ali<lb ed="#Qc"/>quid
huiusmodi; vel quando<!--y--> intendit aliquid
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod est mortale, quod tamen<!--z--> non credit esse
<lb ed="#Qc"/>mortale. Utroque autem modo dicitur esse in<lb ed="#Qc"/>tentio
mortalis: mortale enim peccatum in inten<lb ed="#Qc"/>tione
radicatur, et sufficit ad rationem mortalis
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod alterum sit mortale, vel intentio vel opus;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ad hoc autem quod sit veniale, requiritur utrum<lb ed="#Qc"/>que
esse veniale, intentionem scilicet et genus
