rationis per ebrietatem, sicut fuit in Loth,
<lb ed="#Qc"/><title>Genes.</title> 19, 33; alia ligatio per naturalem sto<lb ed="#Qc"/>liditatem;
tertia per phrenesim sive per infir<lb ed="#Qc"/>mitatem
periculosam huiusmodi; est quarta li<lb ed="#Qc"/>gatio
per dormitionem; est quinta ligatio per
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ignorantiam, sicut dictum est<!--4-->; est sexta per

<lb ed="#Qc"/>nec peccat mortaliter; ergo illa ligatio rationis,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quae fuit ex huiusmodi perturbatione, ipsum Loth
<lb ed="#Qc"/>excusabat<!--d--> in eo quod secundum se erat mortale,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vel, si non erat ibi tanta ligatio rationis quae excu<lb ed="#Qc"/>saret

sed quaedam<!--g--> plus, quaedam minus.

quandoque non. Cum ligatur ratio con<lb ed="#Qc"/>tinue
ex infirmitate, non ex culpa praecedenti,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>omnino excusatur secundum illud tempus. Si
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vero lucida sunt intervalla, potest sibi praevi<lb ed="#Qc"/>dere,
et ideo non omnino excusatur. Aliquando
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vero ligatur ratio ad horam, sicut in somno ex fa<lb ed="#Qc"/>tigatione
naturae vel ex ebrietate, quae accidit ex
<lb ed="#Qc"/>voluntate praeambula, vel ex stupore, scilicet ex
<lb ed="#Qc"/>insolita imaginatione vel ex impraemeditatione<!--m-->,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sicut ex perturbatione. Si primo modo, non im<lb ed="#Qc"/>putatur
ei nisi quia potuit praevidere. Si secundo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>modo, imputatur ei quia per culpam ingessit se
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in illam. Si vero tertio modo, aut talis fuit causa
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quae absorbuit usum rationis, et<!--n--> secundum hoc
<lb ed="#Qc"/>excusatur; aut talis fuit quae non debebat ab<lb ed="#Qc"/>sorbere
usum rationis, et talis non omnino ex<lb ed="#Qc"/>cusat.
Si vero fuit ex perturbatione ad horam
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ligatio, quia non est admittenda flagitiorum com<lb ed="#Qc"/>pensatio,
non omnino<!--o--> excusatur, etsi aliquantu<lb ed="#Qc"/>lum
habeat excusationis. Unde Loth peccavit mor<lb ed="#Qc"/>taliter,
etsi<!--p--> minus quam si imperturbatus diceret.
