peccato omissionis. Et quaeritur utrum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>debeatur ei poena sensus vel solum poena ca<lb ed="#Qc"/>rentiae
visionis Dei.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>Ad quod sic: 1. Ille<!--b--> qui omittit, non facit ali<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod
malum, quia nihil facit: dicitur enim omit<lb ed="#Qc"/>tere,
quia deficit a bono; sed pro malo opere de<lb ed="#Qc"/>betur
poena sensus; ergo peccato omissionis non
<lb ed="#Qc"/>debetur poena sensus, sed poena carentiae.

qui caret bono opere, ergo ei debet respon<lb ed="#Qc"/>dere
poena proportionalis, quae scilicet est ca<lb ed="#Qc"/>rentia

peccati, omissio autem est actuale pec<lb ed="#Qc"/>catum;
et differentia est inter poenam<!--g--> peccati
<lb ed="#Qc"/>actualis et peccati originalis, quia originali de<lb ed="#Qc"/>betur
carentia, actuali peccato poena actualis;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ergo peccato omissionis debetur poena actualis;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sed haec est poena sensus; ergo omissioni de<lb ed="#Qc"/>betur
poena sensus.

debetur poena afflictionis gehennae, quae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est poena sensus. Similiter illud patet ex alia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ratione, quoniam impassibilitas<!--n-->, prout est dos,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>redditur facienti bonum fructum finaliter; facere
<lb ed="#Qc"/>autem bonum fructum habet duo opposita, scili<lb ed="#Qc"/>cet
non tacere fructum bonum<!--o--> cum teneatur, et
hoc est omissionis, et facere fructum malum, et
