<lb ed="#Qc"/>divisio peccati, quam facit <name>Augustinus</name>, ad hoc
<lb ed="#Qc"/>tendit ut ostendatur differentia<!--d--> inter detectum ex
<lb ed="#Qc"/>parte cognitivae et ex parte operativae; unde,
<cb ed="#Qc" n="b"/>
<lb ed="#Qc"/>proprie loquendo, separat peccatum omissionis a
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccato ignorantiae. Peccatum enim ignorantiae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est, cum non videmus quod facere debemus, pec<lb ed="#Qc"/>catum
omissionis, cum non facimus quod<!--e--> vide<lb ed="#Qc"/>mus
debere fieri. Posset tamen large accipi illud
<lb ed="#Qc"/>membrum, ut <mentioned>non facere</mentioned> communiter accipiatur
<lb ed="#Qc"/>et <mentioned>debitum</mentioned> similiter, et secundum hoc sub illo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>membro continerentur omissio proprie dicta et
<lb ed="#Qc"/>transgressio: qui enim transgreditur non facit
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod deberet fieri.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>2. Ad secundum vero dicendum quod omis<lb ed="#Qc"/>sio
accipitur proprie et communiter. Si proprie
<lb ed="#Qc"/>accipitur, distinguitur a transgressione; si com<lb ed="#Qc"/>muniter,
ad transgressionem sequitur omissio,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>non tamen sicut genus, sed sicut concomitans.
