</p>

<lb ed="#Qc"/>acidiam, quoniam <name>Gregorius</name><!--2--> nominat eam

malitia, rancor, pusillanimitas, desperatio,

nascitur de tristitia sive acidia, quod

reducitur. — Item, diligentia reducitur ad
<lb ed="#Qc"/>prudentiam; ergo<!--n-->, per oppositum<!--o-->, negligentia

vitandarum et appetendarum</quote> ignorantia, ut

reducitur ad imprudentiam.

secundum circumstantias illius actus debiti,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>a quo<!--r--> deficit acidia vel imprudentia, immo

<lb ed="#Qc"/>secundum circumstantias etiam illorum actuum, a
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quibus deficiunt invidia, superbia, avaritia et sic<!--s-->
<lb ed="#Qc"/>de aliis vitiis. Ergo relinquitur quod circuit omnia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vitia, et ita non reducitur ad aliquod illorum,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>cum omnia peccata deficiant ab aliquo proprio
<lb ed="#Qc"/>actu et circumstantiis debitis, et sic determinatur
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in circumstantiis<!--t--> aliorum actuum, a quibus de<lb ed="#Qc"/>ficiunt
alia vitia.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>in negligentia vel ad accipiendum praeceptum

contemplationem sapientiae</quote>. Sed malum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod est<!--x--> in istis tribus est commune<!--y--> ad omnia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccata; ergo negligentia non solum determina<lb ed="#Qc"/>tur
ex defectu circumstantiarum, quae pertinent
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ad detectum acidiae, sed etiam omnium pecca<lb ed="#Qc"/>torum.
Ergo circuit omnia peccata et non redu<lb ed="#Qc"/>citur
ad aliquod illorum.

considerata, concomitatur diversa genera
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccatorum, et sic accipitur in praedicta aucto<lb ed="#Qc"/>ritate
<name>Augustini</name>; unde negligentia, sic genera<lb ed="#Qc"/>liter
sumpta, est de circueuntibus ipsa peccata.
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Aliter autem est loqui de negligentia specialiter,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>et hoc multipliciter, quia aliquando dicitur ne<lb ed="#Qc"/>gligentia,
secundum quod homo negligens fasti<lb ed="#Qc"/>dit
bona spiritualia; cum ergo acidia sit tristitia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>de spirituali bono, hoc modo dicimus quod
