<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod fit contra naturam, fit contra legem natu<lb ed="#Qc"/>rae,

<lb ed="#Qc"/>quae legem non habent, naturaliter quae legis
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sunt, faciant, ipsi sibi sunt lex, qui ostendunt

<lb ed="#Qc"/>opus legis scriptum in cordibus suis</quote>. Quod ergo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>fit contra naturam, fit contra huiusmodi legem,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quae, licet non sit extra scripta, est tamen scripta
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in corde. Committitur autem dupliciter contra le<lb ed="#Qc"/>gem
exterius scriptam: quaedam enim prohibet
<lb ed="#Qc"/>lex quantum ad omne tempus et quaedam quan<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum
ad tempus determinatum. Contra legem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ergo peccatur, si fiat aliquid quod prohibetur
<lb ed="#Qc"/>secundum omne tempus; contra legem iterum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>committitur, si fiat aliquid pro tempore pro quo

<lb ed="#Qc"/>dicendum<!--g--> quod consuetudo est altera lex. Sicut
<lb ed="#Qc"/>enim lex est mos scriptus et dicitur constitutio,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sic consuetudo est mos non scriptus et tenet vim
<lb ed="#Qc"/>legis, cum est consuetudo honesta, approbata et
<lb ed="#Qc"/>antiqua; committitur ergo, si fiat contra huius<lb ed="#Qc"/>modi
consuetudinem<!--h-->. Sed attendendum est quod
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quaedam consuetudo est circa honestum et quae<lb ed="#Qc"/>dam
circa utile. Si fiat contra consuetudinem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>circa honestum, peccatur; si vero fiat contra con<lb ed="#Qc"/>suetudinem
circa utile, est occasio peccati et im<lb ed="#Qc"/>pedimentum
perfectionis.
