<lb ed="#Qc"/>Decimo quaeritur contra quod praeceptum sit
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccatum acidiae, et maxime contra quod
<lb ed="#Qc"/>praeceptum Decalogi: ad illa enim praecepta alia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quodam modo reducuntur.
</p>

<lb ed="#Qc"/>Et videtur 1. quod non sit contra aliquod prae<lb ed="#Qc"/>ceptum
primae tabulae. Praecepta enim primae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>tabulae referuntur vel<!--d--> ad divinam maiestatem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vel veritatem<!--e--> vel bonitatem, contra quorum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>nullum est per se acidia: contra primum enim
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est per se idololatria, contra secundum divinatio
<lb ed="#Qc"/>et sortilegium, contra tertium est<!--f--> superstitio;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>nullum autem horum est acidia; non ergo est
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccatum contra praeceptum primae tabulae. —
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Praeterea, si esset contra aliquod, videtur ma<lb ed="#Qc"/>gis
esse contra praeceptum de<!--g--> sanctificatione
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sabbati. Quod autem non sit, patet per hoc quod
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in illo praecepto praecipitur quies ab opere ser<lb ed="#Qc"/>vili,
quies autem ab opere servili et labor oppo<lb ed="#Qc"/>nuntur;
in acidia vero requiritur quies, et ita
<lb ed="#Qc"/>non opponitur praecepto de sabbato.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>2. Similiter non est contra praeceptum secundae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>tabulae. Praeceptum enim secundae tabulae est
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in quo fit prohibitio iniuriae in proximo vel in
<cb ed="#Qc" n="b"/>
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quo fit<!--h--> praeceptum eius quod debetur proximo,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sicut de<!--i--> honore parentum, et ita omne praecep<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum
secundae tabulae respicit proximum; sed aci<lb ed="#Qc"/>dia
non respicit proximum in suo actu: ergo non
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est contra praeceptum secundae tabulae: est enim
<lb ed="#Qc"/>deordinatio hominis in se ipso vel ad Deum.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>acidiae specialiter est contra prohibitionem da<lb ed="#Qc"/>tam
in <title>Eccli.</title> 38, 21, ubi dicitur: <quote>Ne dederis in
<lb ed="#Qc"/>tristitiam cor tuum, sed repelle eam a te</quote>; et in
<lb ed="#Qc"/><title>Eccli.</title> 30, 24-25: <quote>Tristitiam longe expelle<!--k--> a te;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>multos enim accidit tristitia et non est utilitas in
<lb ed="#Qc"/>illa</quote>. — Si vero quaeratur <mentioned>contra quod praecep<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum
Decalogi sit, prout alia praecepta implicite
<lb ed="#Qc"/>intelliguntur in Decalogo</mentioned>: dicendum<!--1--> quod oppo<lb ed="#Qc"/>nitur
praecepto de sanctificatione sabbati<!--3-->. In pec<lb ed="#Qc"/>cato
enim acidiae tristitia est de spirituali laborioso
<lb ed="#Qc"/>cum amore quietis carnalis, e contra vero in illo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>praecepto est<!--m--> amor sanctae quietis, quae est cum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>gaudio in bono spirituali, licet ipsum sit laborio<lb ed="#Qc"/>sum.
Unde, licet praecipiatur ibi abstinere ab opere

<lb ed="#Qc"/>bonum spirituale, ut orare, psallere et praedicare,
