ponit quinque conditiones ipsius gulae,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quae continentur hoc versu:
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Laute, praepropere, nimis, ardenter, studiose.
<lb ed="#Qc"/><name>Isidorus</name> autem ponit quatuor, et tamen non
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est diminutus respectu assignationis <name>Gregorii</name>,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>immo sub una conditionum, quas assignat <name>Isi<lb ed="#Qc"/>dorus</name>,
comprehenduntur duae illarum, quas
<lb ed="#Qc"/>assignat <name>Gregorius</name>. Unde sub conditione
<lb ed="#Qb"/><mentioned>quo modo</mentioned> intendit includere duas conditiones,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>scilicet conditionem qualitatis ex parte appetentis
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in intellectu, et hoc dicitur <mentioned>studiose</mentioned>: studiose

secundum statum personae, et omnes con<lb ed="#Qc"/>ditiones
generales, quae sunt istius peccati,

peccet comedendo carnes, hoc peccatum

praelatus tenetur ad maiorem perfectionem

<lb ed="#Qc"/>aliquo quantum ad gulam in quo non peccat
