qua dissolvitur unitas societatis humanae,

<lb ed="#Qc"/>etiam ratio suadet, quia maius est iniuriari Deo et
<lb ed="#Qc"/>proximo in uno genere peccati quam Deo tantum;
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sed in adulterio fit Deo iniuria et proximo, in for<lb ed="#Qc"/>nicatione
Deo tantum; in genere peccati carnis ergo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>minus est peccatum fornicationis quam adulterii.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>accipitur dupliciter. Uno modo secundum quod
<lb ed="#Qc"/>generaliter continet peccata carnis, et hoc modo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>dicitur esse maximi sceleris propter maiorem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>pronitatem concupiscentiae et quia non tantum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>violatur templum Dei ex parte animae, sed tem<lb ed="#Qc"/>plum
Dei ex parte carnis; in aliis vero peccatis
<lb ed="#Qc"/>minor est pronitas concupiscentiae<!--o--> et violatur
<lb ed="#Qc"/>templum Dei<!--p--> ex parte animae. Alio vero modo
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sumitur fornicatio specialiter, prout dividitur con<lb ed="#Qc"/>tra
adulterium, et secundum hunc modum maius
