<lb ed="#Qc"/><title>Levit.</title> 13, ubi loquitur de differentiis leprae et
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quasdam ponit quae possunt mundari, quamdam
<lb ed="#Qc"/>autem assignat, sicut dicit <name>Isidorus</name><!--1-->, quae
<lb ed="#Qb"/><quote xml:id="ahsh-l2Bi3t5s2q3c4-Qd1e165">mundari non potest</quote>, et illa significat pecca<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum
in Spiritum Sanctum, et tali lepra infectum

<lb ed="#Qc"/>progressus leprae non differat nisi secundum

<lb ed="#Qc"/>in Spiritum Sanctum, sicut dictum est<!--2-->, sub du<lb ed="#Qc"/>plici
ratione sumebatur: uno modo, secundum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod erat peccatum per se distinctum; alio vero
<lb ed="#Qc"/>modo, secundum quod dicebat aggravationem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>super genus peccati. Secundum primum modum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>non omne peccatum potest esse peccatum<!--f--> in
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Spiritum Sanctum, sicut non<!--g--> omne peccatum
<cb ed="#Qc" n="b"/>
<lb ed="#Qc"/>est aliquod Sex dictorum peccatorum<!--3-->. Secundo
<lb ed="#Qb"/>vero modo potest aliud peccatum fieri peccatum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>in Spiritum Sanctum per aggravationem circum<lb ed="#Qc"/>stantiae.
Sed distinguendum est: si motus pec<lb ed="#Qc"/>cati
originem habet ex fragilitate vel<!--h--> ignorantia,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>non proprie dicitur peccatum in Spiritum Sanc<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum,
licet ulterius progrediatur per aggravatio<lb ed="#Qc"/>nem
circumstantiae: sed si nec fiat ex fragilitate
<lb ed="#Qc"/>nec ex ignorantia, sed solum <quote xml:id="ahsh-l2Bi3t5s2q3c4-Qd1e227">ex certa malitia</quote>,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>tunc dicetur peccatum in Spiritum Sanctum. Si
<lb ed="#Qc"/>autem aliquis motus, qui diu durat, primo sit<!--i-->
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ex infirmitate, deinde progrediendo, ex industria,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>non propter hoc dicendum est quod idem sit
<lb ed="#Qc"/>peccatum in Patrem et in Spiritum Sanctum, sed
<lb ed="#Qc"/>secundum unam partem motus dicetur peccatum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ex infirmitate, secundum aliam in Spiritum Sanc<lb ed="#Qc"/>tum.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>quod obiectum est. Dum enim humana fragilitate
<lb ed="#Qc"/>contrahitur et non deseritur congregatio<!--k-->, remis<lb ed="#Qc"/>sibile
est; cum vero deseritur<!--l--> ex obstinatione
<lb ed="#Qc"/>diabolica, peccatum est in Spiritum Sanctum.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>gradu et de<!--m--> lepra peccati Consummata. Lepra

vero disponit ad eiectionem a castris<!--4-->. Nec
