quare timor illicitus opponitur spei.

illicitus plura habet opposita ratione diversa.
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Ratione enim differentiae superadditae opponitur
<lb ed="#Qc"/>timori bono; ratione vero generis cum differentia
<lb ed="#Qc"/>opponitur tam spei quam amori, sed differen<lb ed="#Qc"/>ter.
Opponitur enim spei propter convenien<lb ed="#Qc"/>tiam
in eo quod est futurum et differentiam in

<lb ed="#Qc"/>respectu futuri boni, timor vero respectu futuri
<lb ed="#Qc"/>mali; ratione vero coniunctionis et disiunctionis
