dist. 3, <title>De consecratione, Celebritatem</title><!--2-->, ubi

infames efficiuntur</quote>.

tonsuram clericalem non efficitur infamis,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>cum hoc ab Ecclesia sit concessum<!--6-->.

ad unitatem Ecclesiae vel Ordinis sui

<lb ed="#Qc"/>Deo; sed Deus poenitenti non imputat priora

<lb ed="#Qc"/>supra habitum est<!--8-->, apostatae apostasia perfidiae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>infames efficiuntur; pro apostasia vero inobe<lb ed="#Qc"/>dientiae
et pro apostasia irregularitatis ab Ordine
<lb ed="#Qc"/>interim<!--i--> infamis efficitur. Non sic<!--k--> autem est
<lb ed="#Qc"/>dicendum de illo qui, cum sit in minoribus Ordi<lb ed="#Qc"/>nibus
constitutus, et propter malum incontinentiae
<lb ed="#Qc"/>vitandum transfert se ad coniugium et propter
<lb ed="#Qc"/>scandalum uxoris dimittit tonsuram clericalem.

<lb ed="#Qc"/>debet se conformare Deo</mentioned>: dicendum<!--l--> quod hoc
<lb ed="#Qc"/>verum est quantum est de ratione culpae; de
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ratione vero poenae, sicut nec Dominus statim
<lb ed="#Qc"/>omnem poenam dimittit, sic etiam nec ipsa Ec<lb ed="#Qc"/>clesia
dimittit; huiusmodi autem infamia poena
<lb ed="#Qc"/>quaedam est consequens culpam et non statim
<lb ed="#Qc"/>aboletur in omnibus, abolita culpa. Hoc autem
<lb ed="#Qc"/>potest esse vel<!--m--> ut incutiatur metus aliis vel
<lb ed="#Qc"/>propter praesumptionem contrarii: qui enim fidem
