per quam trahitur extra genus illud,

sacrilegium perpetratur. Et licet diversa

<lb ed="#Qc"/>ab ecclesiis excludantur</quote>. Ergo huiusmodi pec<lb ed="#Qc"/>catum
pro homicidio reputatur.
