per quos scandalum constat in ecclesia

generatur, non eis per ecclesiam debet sub<lb ed="#Qc"/>veniri;
sed potest esse quod ille qui confugit ad
<lb ed="#Qc"/>ecclesiam, scandalum fecit<!--a--> in ecclesia, utpote
<lb ed="#Qc"/>commisit homicidium; ergo non est ei<!--b--> subve<lb ed="#Qc"/>niendum:

occiderit proximum suum et per insidias,

<lb ed="#Qc"/>talem ecclesia non tuebatur; pari ratione nec
<lb ed="#Qc"/>nunc defendi debet; ergo non committitur sacri<lb ed="#Qc"/>legium
circa talem personam.
