dicto vel facto minus recto, praestat occa<lb ed="#Qc"/>sionem

<lb ed="#Qc"/>scandali</quote>. Si ergo scandalum dicitur ibi obex, ad

<lb ed="#Qc"/>Dominus dixit Petro: <quote>Scandalam mihi es</quote>, et si<lb ed="#Qc"/>militer
cum dicitur sacerdos<!--g--> scandalum esse
<lb ed="#Qc"/>totius parochiae, cum tenet publice fornicariam.
<lb ed="#Qc"/>Secundum hunc modum non dicitur praedicta
<lb ed="#Qc"/>definitio scandali: non enim personae convenit,
<lb ed="#Qc"/>sed<!--h--> actui. Christus autem nec dicitur scandalum
<lb ed="#Qc"/>isto modo nec illo. Neque enim fuit persona scan<lb ed="#Qc"/>dalizans
nec in eo fuit actus scandalizans<!--i-->, sed

<lb ed="#Qc"/>potest intentio aliqua esse communis per mo<lb ed="#Qc"/>dum
generis scandalo activo et passivo, sicut
<lb ed="#Qc"/>nec agere et pati</mentioned>: dicendum<!--m--> quod non est
<lb ed="#Qc"/>simile. Licet enim agere et pati non habeant
<lb ed="#Qc"/>genus commune, scandalum tamen activum et
<lb ed="#Qc"/>passivum habent peccatum pro genere, et nomen
<lb ed="#Qc"/>impactionis aliquo modo est commune, cum ali<lb ed="#Qc"/>quis
impingit pedem alterius, ut cadat, vel im<lb ed="#Qc"/>pingit
pedem proprium.
