modus tradendi praecepta Decalogi, sicut
<lb ed="#Qd"/>dictum est<!--h--> a lege enim<!--g--> fomitis pronitas est,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ad quam coercendam datur Lex. Haec autem
<lb ed="#Qd"/>pronitas triplex est ex fomite: una est ex de<lb ed="#Qd"/>fectu
naturae, alia est ex corruptione naturae,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>tertia est<!--h--> ex consuetudine. Haec enim triplex
<lb ed="#Qd"/>pronitas ad malum est ex fomite, quia fervor con<lb ed="#Qd"/>cupiscentiae

affectum et actum: unde secundum hanc

modum in praeceptis secundum istas

imperativum. Ex illa parte qua est pronitas

<lb ed="#Qd"/>est pronitas ad committendum malum, venit nega<lb ed="#Qd"/>tivum:
prohibitio enim est contra commissionem.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>et ad proximum: ubi enim est pronitas ad com<lb ed="#Qd"/>mittendum<!--b-->
malum contra Deum per contemptum,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>occurrit Lex negative; ubi vero est pronitas ad
<lb ed="#Qd"/>omittendum bonum, quod ordinat ad Deum, oc<lb ed="#Qd"/>currit
Lex affirmative. Similiter est in mandatis
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ordinantibus ad proximum: ubi est omissio, est
<lb ed="#Qd"/>affirmativum; contra commissionem, negativum.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>omissio, populo durae cervicis, sicut erant Iudaei,

ponit imperativum, ut ostendat quod
