<lb ed="#Qd"/>Postquam inquisitum est<!--a--> de secundo mandato generaliter, quaerendum est
<lb ed="#Qd"/>specialiter de ipso quantum adiuramentum, propter illam expositionem: <quote>Non

<lb ed="#Qd"/>Circa ergo<!--c--> iuramentum plura quaeruntur: primo, de actu iuramenti. Circa quod

<lb ed="#Qd"/>Primo, an sit bonum vel malum vel indifferens;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>secundo, an sit licitum vel illicitum universaliter;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>tertio, an prohibetur iuramentum ratione affectus vel effectus;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quarto, an prohibetur quantum ad consuetudinem vel quantum ad actum;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quinto, cui conveniat iurare;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>sexto, an licitum sit iuramentum recipere;
