sit ingressus religionis;

in quibus debeatur patri carnali;

<lb ed="#Qd"/>religionis sit perfectionis gratiae, ergo perficit ob<lb ed="#Qd"/>servantiam
honoris parentis<!--a--> et non solvit.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>c. Item, si consilium solvit praeceptum, non se
<lb ed="#Qd"/>compatiuntur<!--b-->; ergo sunt contraria; ergo in or<lb ed="#Qd"/>dine
vitae moralis determinato a Deo esset con<lb ed="#Qd"/>trarietas,
quod est inconveniens.

praeceptorum sicut perfectio ad per<lb ed="#Qd"/>fectibile,
sicut ostendit Dominus, <title>Matth.</title> 19, 21,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>cum servanti mandata dixit: <quote xml:id="ahsh-l3p2in3t2s1q2t4c4-Qd1e196">Unum tibi deest; si
<lb ed="#Qd"/>vis perfectus esse, vade et vende omnia quae
<lb ed="#Qd"/>habes</quote><!--c-->. Sed perfectio non tollit perfectibile, sed
<lb ed="#Qd"/>complet; ingressus ergo religionis non solvit<!--d-->
<lb ed="#Qd"/>obligationem huius praecepti.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>e. Dixerunt quidam quod solveretur obligatio
<lb ed="#Qd"/>per ingressum religionis quantum ad effectum<!--e-->,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>sed non quantum ad affectum. - Sed<!--f--> contra:
<lb ed="#Qd"/>praeceptum istud per opus adimpletur, ut patet
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ab expositoribus<!--1-->, non per affectum; ergo obligat
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ad opus.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>f. Item, quae esset causa quare solveretur obli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gatio
in actu? Numquid propter impossibilita<lb ed="#Qd"/>tem?
Ergo similiter per paupertatem irrelevabi<lb ed="#Qd"/>lem
solveretur.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>Contra: 1. Cum aliquis suo arbitrio ingerit se
<lb ed="#Qd"/>in impossibilitatem, qua<!--g--> non potest facere quod
<lb ed="#Qd"/>tenetur, peccat; sed religiosus ingrediendo reli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gionem
ponit se in impossibilitate, qua non po<lb ed="#Qd"/>test
honorare parentes ministrando necessaria,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quos tenetur sic honorare; ergo ingrediendo re<lb ed="#Qd"/>ligionem
peccat.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>2. Item, praeceptum dicit <mentioned>da superflua</mentioned>, consi<lb ed="#Qd"/>silium
dicit <mentioned>da omnia</mentioned>. Sed ista non se com<lb ed="#Qd"/>patiuntur,
nec, datis omnibus, potest subveniri<!--h-->
<lb ed="#Qd"/>patri in necessariis; ergo non se compatiuntur
<lb ed="#Qd"/>consilium et praeceptum; solvitur igitur obligatio
<lb ed="#Qd"/>praecepti per consilium.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>3. Item, <quote>honora patrem</quote> obligat pro loco et
<lb ed="#Qd"/>tempore; sed in religione nunquam est<!--i--> tempus
<lb ed="#Qd"/>nec locus honorandi; sic ergo religiosus non obli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gatur.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>Respondeo, secundum quosdam, quod nul<lb ed="#Qd"/>lum
consilium solvit obligationem praecepti natu<lb ed="#Qd"/>rae<!--k-->;
unde nec istud. Tamen, quia affirmativum
<lb ed="#Qd"/>est, non obligat nisi pro loco et tempore; unde
<lb ed="#Qd"/>obligatio est non ad ministrandum necessaria pa<lb ed="#Qd"/>tri
simpliciter, sed sub conditione duplici: una ex
<lb ed="#Qd"/>parte dantis, si habet; et alia ex parte recipientis,
<cb ed="#Qd" n="b"/>
<lb ed="#Qd"/>si indiget. Et ad hoc semper tenetur saecu<lb ed="#Qd"/>laris
et religiosus, scilicet dare, si habet et pater
<lb ed="#Qd"/>indiget; sed, quia religiosus nunquam potest ha<lb ed="#Qd"/>bere,
ideo nunquam dabit; et non transgreditur,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quia non tenebatur simpliciter. Eodem modo di<lb ed="#Qd"/>cunt
de<!--l--> omnibus affirmativis, quia non est obli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gatio
simplex, sed conditionalis. Nec est contraria
<lb ed="#Qd"/>doctrina praeceptorum et consiliorum, quia prae<lb ed="#Qd"/>cepta
non obligant absolute.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>intrat religionem, iam non obligatur<!--m--> lege ho<lb ed="#Qd"/>noris
exhibendi parentibus.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>2. Item, si diceretur quod esse sub Lege est ut
<lb ed="#Qd"/>impleatur ex timore, iste autem ex amore implet
<lb ed="#Qd"/>Legem, et ideo nihil ad propositum — contra:
<lb ed="#Qd"/>constat quod religiosus moritur mundo; ergo
<lb ed="#Qd"/>obligatio viventium in mundo non arctat eum;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ergo non tenetur ad ministrandum necessaria,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quae<!--n--> pertinent ad vitam mundi.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>ab obligatione huiusmodi honoris patris; ergo, si
<lb ed="#Qd"/>moritur morte gratiae<!--o--> perfecte, sicut religiosi,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>solvetur, cum<!--p--> mors gratiae huiusmodi aeque
<lb ed="#Qd"/>nos separet a vita mundi, quia quod est mors
<lb ed="#Qd"/>saecularibus, hoc est introitus religionis reli<lb ed="#Qd"/>giosis<!--q-->
quoad mundum.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>copulam solvitur per votum religionis, et hoc

<lb ed="#Qd"/>autem solvitur vinculum matrimonii; ergo et obli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gatio
exhibitionis mundanorum solvitur, quia illis

per introitum religionis, licet solvatur obli<lb ed="#Qd"/>gatio
quoad debitum sustentationis, quia<!--s--> quoad
<lb ed="#Qd"/>illam solutionem moritur qui moritur<!--t--> mundo.
<lb ed="#Qd"/>Sed exhibitio spiritualis in reverendo, in conso<lb ed="#Qd"/>lando,
in orando<!--u-->, non solvitur, immo sub obe<lb ed="#Qd"/>dientia
magis augetur, et<!--v--> ex hoc est perfectio
<lb ed="#Qd"/>praecepti honoris patris. Non enim perficitur<!--x--> ex

indigentiae; ideo perficitur in exhibitione
