Hoc autem probant deducendo ad plura in<lb ed="#Qd"/>convenientia,
si contrarium poneretur.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>1. Primum inconveniens est abusio sermonis.
<lb ed="#Qd"/>Nam <quote xml:id="ahsh-l3p2in3t2s3q1c1-Qd1e125">sermo interpres animi est</quote>. Si ergo sermo
<lb ed="#Qd"/>legislatoris <quote xml:id="ahsh-l3p2in3t2s3q1c1-Qd1e130">non esset interpres animi sui, sed

litteralis, relinquitur quod legislator usus
<lb ed="#Qd"/>est sermone inordinate, quod magnum vitium

<lb ed="#Qd"/>2. Secundum inconveniens<!--d--> est <quote>fraus doctri<lb ed="#Qd"/>nae</quote>.
Nam ubi est doctrinae simulatio, ibi doc<lb ed="#Qd"/>trinae
fraus et non veritas quantum ad hoc; sed
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ubi per sermonem quiddam designatur et aliud
<lb ed="#Qd"/>intelligitur, ibi simulatio est; si ergo in doctrina
<lb ed="#Qd"/>caerimonialium quod litteraliter significant non
<lb ed="#Qd"/>intelligitur, simulatio doctrinae erit et fraus.
