<lb ed="#Qd"/>Ad quod sic arguitur: 1. Una est veritas de
<lb ed="#Qd"/>Creatore, et<!--b--> ideo necesse est unam fidem esse
<lb ed="#Qd"/>solum, hoc est veram credulitatem de ipso. Si<lb ed="#Qd"/>mili
modo una est magnificentia et maiestas Crea<lb ed="#Qd"/>toris,
sub qua legaliter debet subici creatura ra<lb ed="#Qd"/>tionalis;
una igitur erit lex saltim<!--c--> obedientiae et
<lb ed="#Qd"/>subiectionis sub Creatore<!--d--> creaturae rationalis.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>rationalis, quia unus est Creator; similiter unitas
<lb ed="#Qd"/>est [ex parte] tinis rationalis creaturae, quia unica
<lb ed="#Qd"/>est beatitudo<!--f--> in Creatore, quae est finis ratio<lb ed="#Qd"/>nalis
creaturae. Si ergo lex est data vel indita
<lb ed="#Qd"/>rationali creaturae, ut ordinetur sub suo principio
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ad suum finem, una lex erit.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>4. Item, lex non est aliud nisi descriptio de<lb ed="#Qd"/>biti
quoad vitandum malum et faciendum bonum.
<lb ed="#Qd"/>Si ergo ratio vitandi malum ei<!--g--> iaciendi bonum
<lb ed="#Qd"/>una est, videlicet aversio a commutabili bono
<lb ed="#Qd"/>et conversio ad bonum incommutabile, una sola
<lb ed="#Qd"/>lex erit.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>vinculum redacta concordiae</quote>, sicut dicit <name>Augu<lb ed="#Qd"/>stinus</name>,

huiusmodi non potest esse nisi<!--h--> sub eodem

<lb ed="#Qd"/>esse diversas regulas et mandata, cum unius
<lb ed="#Qd"/>virtutis non sit nisi una regula et unum quo
<lb ed="#Qd"/>eius operatio praecipitur, sicut unius vitii una
<lb ed="#Qd"/>est regula qua<!--i--> est declinandum et eius operatio

impossibile erit diversas leges esse nisi

<lb ed="#Qd"/>est<!--3-->, scilicet donum naturae non esse sufficiens
<lb ed="#Qd"/>ad salutem sine dono gratiae. Cum ergo sit dif<lb ed="#Qd"/>ferens
specie natura et gratia, ergo et ordo na<lb ed="#Qd"/>turae
et ordo gratiae et<!--m--> debitum naturae et
<lb ed="#Qd"/>debitum gratiae. Si ergo nihil aliud est lex quam
<lb ed="#Qd"/>descriptio debiti ordinis<!--n4-->, necessario duplex erit
<lb ed="#Qd"/>lex: lex<!--o--> naturae et lex gratiae differens.

virtutis, et hoc secundum primam inten<lb ed="#Qd"/>tionem,
etsi non secundum<!--p--> consequentem, erit
<lb ed="#Qd"/>lex naturalis et lex addita rationali creaturae: lex
<lb ed="#Qd"/>naturalis sicut indita, lex alia sicut<!--q--> superaddita.

<quote>naturaliter ea quae Legis sunt fa<lb ed="#Qd"/>ciunt,
ipsi sibi sunt Lex</quote>.

<lb ed="#Qd"/>imprimit conscientiam debiti ordinis gratuiti, est

<lb ed="#Qd"/>est debitum quod debet<!--e--> ratione boni superad<lb ed="#Qd"/>diti
vel superaddendi, et ideo variatur lex, ut

<lb ed="#Qd"/>sit lex naturalis indita et etiam sit lex superad<lb ed="#Qd"/>dita.
Item, est debitum quod debetur divinae bo<lb ed="#Qd"/>nitati,
in quantum est benefica, ad quod respicit
<lb ed="#Qd"/>lex naturalis; et est debitum quod debetur bo<lb ed="#Qd"/>nitati,
in quantum bona, scilicet in se, et ad hoc
<lb ed="#Qd"/>respicit lex ultimo superaddita, completa, scilicet

<lb ed="#Qd"/>4. Ad quartum dicendum quod, quamvis sit
<lb ed="#Qd"/>eadem ratio in generali vitandi malum et faciendi
<lb ed="#Qd"/>bonum<!--f-->, tamen ratio propria diversificatur, quia
<lb ed="#Qd"/>malum vitatur aut quia contra dictamen rationis
<lb ed="#Qd"/>aut<!--g--> quia contra honorificentiam Conditoris. Si<lb ed="#Qd"/>militer
bonum fit, quia consonum rationi aut<!--h-->
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quia consonum divinae voluntati. Et ideo diver<lb ed="#Qd"/>siticabitur
lex, quae est ratio vitandi malum et

<lb ed="#Qd"/>5. Ad quintum patet responsio, quia sicut
<lb ed="#Qd"/>differt<!--i--> natura et gratia, ita et concordia naturae
<lb ed="#Qd"/>et concordia gratiae et ius naturae et ius gratiae.

virtutum, quarum aggregatio est lex.
