<lb ed="#Qd"/>Aliquis enim repetit sua ut sua et propter se;
<lb ed="#Qd"/>aliquis repetit sua ut alterius et non propter se,
<lb ed="#Qd"/>sed propter utilitatem alterius. Dicendum ergo
<lb ed="#Qd"/>quod perfectis non licet repetere sua ut sua et
<lb ed="#Qd"/>propter se, sed sua ut communia et ut congre<lb ed="#Qd"/>gationis
et propter utilitatem communem. Unde
