Are you planning support for the L4S protocol?

Sort of. First we need to have a way to do something like accurate ECN for SCTP. There is draft-stewart-tsvwg-sctpecn, which still needs some work and, of course, needs to be accepted by the WG. However, there is no planned date for it.
I think it makes sense to have L4S support for SCTP in the context of WebRTC.
