how to run tcp_demo #731

I got a segment fault after executing the tcp_demo after building the whole project. And I don't think that demo can be executed normally after looking through the codes for a while.

engine() returns a nullptr if the smp::configure isn't invoked.

Does I miss something?

I get the same error here. The bug exists for years.
