Ran into some WAVE files whose extension was ".WAV", not ".wav". Make those work.

This is a little tricky given the current implementation of the file browser control we're using, so I've had a change of heart: unless there's an example of an IR packed into some commercial IR product, I'm not going to prioritize supporting this. It's easy enough to rename them ".wav".
