Add a plugin/side projects section in README

Hi,

I started a plugin for sublime-text for poetry here : https://github.com/jgirardet/sublime-poetry

I'm a bit ashamed since this issue is a bit auto promoting my project.

But anyway I think I would be great for poetry to have a section about side project/plugin/tutorial link/... since it could help to develop the tooling around poetry. I have in mind the black project which documents in his readme the black's plugin for different editor.
