Request received under the public consultation to strengthen the facet and facet types specification to avoid possible contradictions such as 'max length' being applied to an 'integer' type.

Reference: sdmx3mdt/public-consultation#56

The decision at the 02 September 2021 joint TWG / SWG meeting was for SWG to modify the modelling guidelines on the use of facets and facet types.
