The current mode to upgrade the firmware for the whole FPS is to turn off all the sextants, then on, then upgrade the firmware. This has the issue that we are powering on all the power supplies at the same time. Staging them as with the power on sequence can be complicated because the whole thing cannot take more than 10 seconds or the first positioners to be powered will leave bootloader mode.

Instead, let's just upgrade one sextant at a time for now.
