Move FVC calibration frames to non-MJD directories #201

The reference dark frames that the FVC routine uses are in /data/fcam/MJD directories that can be removed by the automatic cleanup script.

They should be moved to /data/fcam/calibs/MJD/fimg-... so that they are not removed.
