Missing the introduction of custom specification for hyperparameters in the TVAE model

Hi,

I saw that in the TVAE part in SDV User Guides, there is no mention of allowing the user to specify the hyperparameters (batch size, epoch, embedding_dim, etc), although I can see that the user can do so by checking the API reference for TVAE. That does not align with other models where the custom specification is explicitly mentioned in the documentation.

I think that it will not easily pop up in one's mind if they don't look at it carefully. Could you check and edit the documentation that this specification is included? Thanks!
