Tests missing in sdist tarball

Hi! While trying to package 0.4.1 for Arch Linux I realized that the tests are missing from the sdist tarball.
As there are no auto-generated tarballs based on the tags of this repository (#20) it's not possible for downstreams to run tests to ensure that this project works in their context.
It would be really cool if you could include the test files! :)

Meanwhile I have opened, discussed and passed an RFC for Arch Linux which strongly discourages the use of PyPI sdist tarballs.

I will unsubscribe from this ticket, since there has been no movement or acknowledgement for over a year and for Arch Linux the go-to solution is to not use sdist tarballs anymore. Instead we will rely on upstream created tarballs (until Github breaks those next year... 🙄) or pinned git sources.
