make website to make a list of prior inventions

the purpose of this was create a list of prior inventions when starting a job, so maybe just create a webserver that does has a interface, and let someone pick options

anything they've:

• issue
• pr
• commit

And use Github Oauth to get access to read-only repo scopes, generate either a CSV or a PDF
