Dual Canvas operation: WxRte, Grib, Climatology. Reverse WxRte operation?

I think resolution of which canvas (left or right) and how climatology, grib and weatherrouting work together needs some discussion, thought and resolution.

RE Dual Canvas Operation

I note that Weather_Routing first shows up in the left canvas marching across as it is calculated, then the right canvas is drawn over the grib file that shows only in the right screen. I think that perhaps this action should be reversed.

It should refresh and draw on the right screen when in dual canvas mode, so that it will overlay on top of the grib image. Then when complete draw the isobars on the clearer cleaner right canvas.
