This is a plugin made by Sean_M with much help from PEMapModder and MrARM. It's very old code. I stopped developing it on this GitHub after it became stable.
You're all free to use it however you want, but note that this version doesn't work, and I won't be uploading a completely working version for the public. On the rare case that you do fix it and use it for your server, please credit I, as well as the helpers.
