Provide Feed's author from different field if no contributor is defined

This use case is for providers which cannot 100% ensure that contributor is correctly mapped to the content but they push some "author string".

This will avoid situation when RSS generates content with "unknown" author.

It is also needed because some feeds uses author string like "Arquillian Project Team" so there is no particular contributor for it.
