levitateis a reimplementation / reworking offuzzywuzzyin pure R with no Python dependencies. It offers the same core functionality (ratios, token-based comparison etc.) but with a slightly different API.Unsure if you'd consider this a port or "work inspired by" but I thought it might be worth adding. Not quite at feature parity yet but it's a work in progress.
