php-code-coverage 9.2.19 text is a lot larger than it was in 9.2.18 #963

When using 9.2.19 to generate coverage reports, the font is a lot larger. An obviously suspect patch would be the bootstrap upgrade in 7ba2454

font-size changes from 1rem to 2em

If I change the font-size back to 1rem, the display is more like what would be expected.
