Release 1.1.4 supports PHP 5.2 while release 1.1.5 changes the PHP requirement to 5.3. Such a dramatic change in a point release is problematic. Wouldn't it be more user friendly to call this release 1.2.0?

To be honest, I did/do not expect that other{s|projects} depend on this package directly. Now that the mistake has been made I see little to no point in retroactively bumping the version number.
