I assume that with "Windows 7" you mean "Internet Explorer on Windows 7"?

I am not sure what you mean by "looks bad". The website looks fine to me in Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

While the 0.75em font-size doesn't really scale nicely on webkit/win7 I've tested it on a couple of boxes and it kinda looks ok.

Upgrading to the current bootstrap also smoothes that out.

Since there was no feedback for a month I'm closing this
